Procedure of this means is against the oscillations of electricity current.

The system electricity current disconnects automatically while voltage sudden changes (less than 190V & more than 250V), & then connects after two or four minutes (delay).

The means consists of four entrances for 2A (ampere) exit consumption.

This system, in the case of the oscillations of electricity current, disconnects &connects again with delay.
